Crafted to Order, Delivered With Care

Every BACOYO product is made to your specification. Because we produce items specifically for you, our delivery timelines reflect the care and precision that goes into each order. Read on to understand exactly when to expect your items.

All BACOYO products are custom-made to order. The timeframes below include both production and delivery and apply to standard UK orders. These are business working days and exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

We do not offer same-day dispatch. As every item is made to your specification, production begins after your order is confirmed. Timeframes begin from the point your order and artwork are approved.

We use two trusted UK carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order.

  • All deliveries are tracked. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
  • We will always select the most appropriate carrier for your order size and destination.
  • UK Delivery: Free on all orders, regardless of size.
  • International Delivery: Available by arrangement. Costs are discussed and agreed with you before your order is confirmed. There are no surprise charges.
International customers: please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and any customs or import duty implications for your country.

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Before placing an international order, we will discuss and confirm with you:

  • Shipping costs to your specific country and address.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe, which will be longer than standard UK times.
  • Production lead times as these may differ for larger international orders.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes that may be applicable in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Confirmed

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and payment processed.

In Production

Your items are being made to your specification. Production time is included in the delivery timeframes shown above.

Dispatched

Once your order leaves our facility you will receive a dispatch notification by email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the carrier.

Delivered

Your order arrives. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or your tracking shows an issue, please take the following steps:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest status from the carrier.
  • Check whether a delivery attempt was made and a card left.
  • Allow one additional business day beyond the estimated date before contacting us, as occasional carrier delays do occur.
  • If your parcel is still missing, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. BACOYO cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address being provided.
