Enable Cookies in Your Browser
- 01Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- 02Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- 03Scroll down and click Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data.
- 04Select Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito.
- 01Click the gear icon (⚙) in the top-right corner and select Internet Options.
- 02Click the Privacy tab at the top.
- 03Move the slider to Medium or lower to allow cookies.
- 04Click OK to save your settings.
- 01In the menu bar, click Safari then select Preferences (or Settings on newer macOS).
- 02Click the Privacy tab.
- 03Under "Cookies and website data", uncheck Block all cookies.
- 04Close the Preferences window — changes save automatically.
- 01Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- 02Click Privacy & Security in the left panel.
- 03Under "Enhanced Tracking Protection", select Standard or Custom.
- 04Ensure cookies are not set to "Block all cookies".
Still having trouble?
If you've followed the steps above and are still experiencing issues, here are a few additional things to try.
Clear your browser cache
Old cached data can sometimes interfere. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then re-enabling cookies and visiting the store again.
Check browser extensions
Ad blockers or privacy extensions may be blocking cookies. Try temporarily disabling them to see if that resolves the issue.
